Are you secular? (Or curious?)

Secularists advocate the separation of religious institutions from the state, freedom of thought, conscience, and religion for all, and no state discrimination against anyone on the grounds of religion OR irreligion.

"The Secular Student Alliance is the only national organization dedicated to atheist, humanist, and other non-theist students.

The Secular Student Alliance empowers secular students to proudly express their identity, build welcoming communities, promote secular values, and set a course for lifelong activism." --Student Secular Alliance website

  1. I would say that I am a secular. I believe that religion and state should be separated. The state should not have a say in what the people believe as far as religion goes. That being said, I do not think that I believe there is a God but I do believe in the universe. I believe that the universe is what ties us all together. We all wake up in the morning to pursue a future that no one is certain about. We all live under the same sun, moon, and stars striving for something that is just out of our reach rather it be a dream job, or a happy effortless marriage. We are all struggling with something on the inside.
