“Landslide”

Popular vote margin shrinks to 1.4%. 50.1% of voters voted against him. Not a landslide.

  1. I don't think that this is a landslide since usually that means a through swamping of the opponent has taken place. While Trump did win the electoral college by a sizeable amount, in comparison to actual landslides it really is not that impressive. The elections in the 1980's, 1972, 1964, and any election with FDR were proper landslides with both huge wins in the electoral college and a good margin of victory in the popular vote. The only race he is winning in a landslide is the race for worst cabinet picks. Seriously Matt Gaetz as the attorney general? Matt fucking Gaetz, I don't even need to explain that thing.
