It is interesting that too many rules and laws can often lead to disagreements and revolting (in the case of dystopian books, at least),and at the same time, too few rules can lead to the same result. This quote also makes me think of the other wes moore book. The author started off on the wrong path, and then went to a military academy and straightened out. The other man, stayed on the wrong path, straying further away from the law with each action. It reminds us how easily it is to end up on either side.
