I do think that there are adults who aren't mature mentally. They have simply matured physically and are now in the bodies of grown ups navigating life as children in adults bodies.
I like this quote. As adults we often grow up and our wants and needs tend to change the world around us as we gain more responsibilities, however, adults do not always gain maturity or wisdom when they grow up. They may have more "mature" surroundings but deep down, thoughts and execution of those thoughts are the same as when they were younger.
