It’s Eleanor’s birthday

Talk more, worry less: a timely message for our anxious age…

"We have to face the fact that either all of us are going to die together or we are going to learn to live together and if we are to live together we have to talk."

And,

"You wouldn't worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do."

  1. I do agree with her when she mentions not worrying so much about what others think, this is one of the largest choke holds most people in humanity suffer from. Imagine how happy and free we would be if we stopped worrying about others thoughts and opinions of our own happiness?

Communicating with people really saved my life, I don't doubt this for a second. The self consuming paranoia society tends to fall in kills what they can rather enhance at. If people were able to communicate more without fear with the same being reciprocated from the other side in a compassionate matter, will allow what I think, an important improvement in engagement for communities.
