  1. What the quote here states is honestly truthful, sometimes the best solution is to walk away from what harms you and your well being.

  2. I do agree with this especially when you get angry, a common quote is "walk it off," which mostly happens in a heated situation. And when said person goes and takes a minute to breathe and "walk it off" they are usually level headed and you can have an actual conversation.

  3. In my experience, walking can and has been a common way for me to calm myself. The act of moving oneself forward can be quite therapeutic.
