I do agree with this especially when you get angry, a common quote is "walk it off," which mostly happens in a heated situation. And when said person goes and takes a minute to breathe and "walk it off" they are usually level headed and you can have an actual conversation.
What the quote here states is honestly truthful, sometimes the best solution is to walk away from what harms you and your well being.

ReplyDeleteIn my experience, walking can and has been a common way for me to calm myself. The act of moving oneself forward can be quite therapeutic.
